Trebing + Himstedt provides a direct Support Hotline to the required experts to ensure the optimal operation of your SAP Manufacturing solution and maximum operational times.

Monitoring & Management

Trebing + Himstedt can proactively monitor your systems and react to alarms. Experienced experts are also available by phone to answer questions and provide assistance. In addition, these experts can also access the system for remote maintenance.

Support Times

Depending on your requirements, support hours from weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to around-the-clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7), can be arranged. Whatever it takes for your optimal production.

The following project-specific SAP MES solutions can be covered by the Support Hotline:

  • SAP Manufacturing Suite (SAP ME, SAP MII, SAP PCo)
  • Trebing + Himstedt Add-ons (e.g. KPI, Integration-Layer)
  • SAP NetWeaver
  • Oracle Database

Including the solution Service Level Agreements for process data storage rapidHistorian and rapidVision.
