Success with agile projects

Modern project management uses agile methods, to ensure that the project partners closely coordinate their activities and that all relevant project staff actively accompany and define the course of the project. It reacts flexibly to changes. Users are involved at an early stage and can influence the project. This significantly increases acceptance. Our Agile Coach supports you in understanding and correctly applying these methods on your way to the digital transformation of your value creation systems.

Target group:

Project managers and project members, who want to advance the topics of digitization, digital transformation and Industry 4.0.


The coaching takes place in the following phases:

  • Work shadowing / as-is analysis with feedback
  • Coordination of the coaching needs & definition of transition design
  • Implementation of transition / process support
  • Review & Retrospective


The participants are prepared for an agile approach to project implementation. Beyond that no special prerequirements are necessary.

According to the objectives of the workshop, we recommend the participation of employees from the departments or roles: Project manager and all persons involved in the project.


The methods of the agile project approach are used and tested within an active project. This allows the participants to memorize what they have learned more quickly and the application of the methodology is better accepted. The Agile Coach supports you in adapting and optimizing your own agile project approach.

Work shadowing takes place over a period of 2 weeks. Afterwards the transition takes place as coaching over 2 additional weeks. Depending on the extent of the coaching, the duration of the transition phase will be clarified in a preliminary talk.
